How will my package be shipped?
All our jewelry shipments are insured and shipped using discreet packaging. Inside, you'll see our Tempus Metals branded jewelry box, which is ideal for gifting and personal storage.
On the day of shipment, we'll email you a shipping confirmation that includes order-tracking information.
Most items ship within 3 business days of completion.
An adult signature (21 years or older) is required at the time of delivery. If it’s likely you won't be home to sign for the package, please consider shipping to your place of work.
Do you offer returns?
Every piece of Tempus Metals jewelry is handcrafted just for you. Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our top priority! If your item has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@tempusmetals.com, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
All sales are final after 14 days. Any returned jewelry must be in new, unworn condition.

Once the design is approved, our team of artisans begins crafting the piece, using only 18k gold and enamel. Each item is meticulously handcrafted to ensure it meets our highest standards of quality and durability.

Before delivering the final piece, we inspect every detail to guarantee perfection. Our jewelry arrives beautifully packaged, ready to provide your clients with a cherished keepsake.

Tempus Metals Sales Incentive Program
The Tempus Metals product catalogs will include an identifying coupon, granting your clients the choice of a complimentary appraisal or engraving. When a customer places an online order and enters the designated coupon code, Tempus Metals will seamlessly attribute the sale to your specific funeral home or funeral director. This streamlined process ensures accurate crediting, allowing us to recognize and reward your contribution with a cash payout.
- Earn $75 per piece sold at retail for $900 - $1499
- Earn $125 per piece sold at retail for $1500 - $2099
- Earn $175 per piece sold at retail for $2100 - $3599
All commissions will be paid quarterly, in the form of a check.
