Tempus Metals Warranty Policy

At Tempus Metals, every piece is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to enjoy your jewelry for years to come.

365-Day Warranty

All Tempus Metals pieces are covered by a 365-day warranty from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects that arise due to our workmanship. If a qualifying manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will evaluate the piece and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.

Manufacturing Defects Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error made on our part, you must contact us within 1 week of delivery. After this 1-week period, the item will be considered accepted as delivered.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, resizing, or damage resulting from alterations or repairs performed by third parties.

Because every piece is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance and finish are part of each piece's unique character and are not considered manufacturing defects.

If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact Tempus Metals with a description of the issue and clear photographs. We will review your claim and discuss the appropriate next steps.
